This notice describes this website’s email enquiry flow. The website is hosted using Sites, and incoming business email uses Google mail services. No online booking service is connected.

Enquiries and your choices

The form asks for your name, work email, company, country or region, optional website and enquiry. Required information helps us understand and respond to your request. You may instead email sales@keyintl.com.au directly.

Preparing an enquiry keeps the draft in your current page. The form does not automatically send or save it to a website database. Selecting “Open email app” passes the draft to your chosen email application. You decide whether to send it. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential documents in this initial enquiry.

How your email is used

If you send the email, Key International Trading Pty Ltd receives and uses its contents to respond, assess the requested service, arrange a discussion and keep relevant business correspondence. We may request further product information to assess suitability. An enquiry does not commit you to an engagement or subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and overseas handling

Your chosen email service and our business email service process messages according to their arrangements. Email and hosting providers may process information outside your country. Storage and retention

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or persistent browser storage. Form fields remain in the page while it is open; your browser or email application may retain information according to its own settings. The hosting service processes technical connection information to serve pages. Sent email may be retained in business correspondence for enquiry follow-up and service administration. Contact sales@keyintl.com.au with a retention or deletion request; applicable record-keeping obligations may affect what can be removed.

Access, correction and privacy questions

To request access to or correction of information you have emailed, or to raise a privacy concern, contact sales@keyintl.com.au. Include enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. We may need to verify your identity before releasing information. If a privacy concern remains unresolved, information about complaint options is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Business and marketing communications

We use your enquiry details for the response and follow-up you request. Any separate marketing programme must have an appropriate consent basis, identify Key International Trading Pty Ltd and provide a working unsubscribe option. You can contact sales@keyintl.com.au to ask us to stop optional follow-up. An enquiry alone is not consent to an unrelated mailing list.

Engagements and results

Website content is a general description of proposed services. Scope, pricing, success-fee triggers, responsibilities and any exclusivity are agreed in a separate engagement. Buyer responses, meetings, orders and sales are not guaranteed.
